The interview felt super fair and transparent. The process had a skills test and two phone calls. The test itself was actually kind of fun — not too hard, but a little repetitive in parts. Nothing too stressful, just enough to keep you on your toes.

Lack of follow up was over a week with nothing. They would text to set up a call and then not show up for their own scheduled calls on numerous occasions.
