First, I went through an HR screening interview, which was simple and straightforward. Then, I went through three separate video interviews on TEAMS with 3 different individuals. After the 3rd interview, I heard nothing. I got completely ghosted, so my experience is that you only hear from them if you are moving on to the next step.
