I applied through their website and the hiring manager emailed a couple of weeks later for an informal chat. The hiring manager barely asked me any questions, semi explained the job and I basically had to hard carry the interview with asking her questions instead of her asking me questions. Didn't seem to bother her though, it seems she knows that this is a "cool" company so people should do the hard work. Then didn't bother to even let me know the outcome of the interview.
