My friend works at David's Bridal and told me to come in and apply. I went in on a Friday and as I was filling out the application, the manager sat down and started talking to me. It was mostly informal chatting but there was some interview type stuff in there. It went well and she said she wanted to set up a formal interview for the following Monday with the assistant manager. I came in on Monday and sat down with the assistant manager who asked me all sorts of questions, the normal interview stuff. They didn't offer me the job right then, but they called me the next day to tell me they wanted to hire me and asked me when I could come in and do paperwork. MAKE SURE that if you go in, even to fill out an application, that you are dressed nicely. No jeans or anything like that.
