I applied in November. Recruiter reached out in December via email. First interview was about 45 minutes on Teams. They brought me in to their headquarters for a second interview that lasted 3.5 hours meeting with 7 different people (all department leads). They asked me a lot of questions about my current company who happens to be a competitor of theirs. Some of them seemed more interested in this rather than me, the candidate. I didn’t really get a choice on the day/time of the second interview, it was just about what worked with everyone else’s schedule. I didn’t get any type of feedback or response on the interview until mid January when I got an automated email that said they were going with another candidate.
