Big red flag! After a very pleasing first interview, where both the hiring manager and the HR gave a very nice impression, I was asked to complete an online personality test during their holiday to speed up the process (they wanted to close the hiring process 2-3 weeks later). Upon their return I was sent the results of the test and she "was waiting for the feedback of the hiring manager and will get back to me ASAP". This is 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a rejection email, calls are purposely declined and emails are ignored. TLDR: They are very nice when they like you but don't expect any decency if they prefer another candidate.
