They ask candidates to go into their offices for all stages of the interview process.
Both the Senior Sales Director and VP conducted the interviews.
The senior sales director came across as arrogant and someone too junior based on his level of experience (under 4 years only in FS sales) & how he conducted himself; seems like a micromanager and someone who I immediately sensed would not like to work for.
1. 30mins standard session about you, why the role and what you bring to the party.
2. HR called and asked me to prepare a ‘15 minute sales pitch about anything’ with no suggestions or guidelines .
