I have to give huge props to the Dataiku team for this interview process, they were incredible. Specifically, Tessa, the recruiter I interviewed with originally and guided me throughout the rest of the process truly blew me away with how attentive, supportive, and communicative she was. At one point, she was in another country but still went above and beyond to communicate with me and continuously make herself available if I had any questions. It was really impressive and set the tone for the whole process. Every single person I interviewed with during this process was fantastic, it was definitely one of the best interview processes I have had in a long time. I will say the interview process is long, which I know some people have qualms with but I enjoyed the entire experience. There are 4 interviews and one role play interaction, but it does not feel that long because the whole process is very intentional, flows well, and keeps things interesting. It's also a really great way to connect with multiple people throughout the company, which is a huge plus especially if you are going to join the team.

I connected with BDR manager via LinkedIn and was amazed by the caring way he was making sure that I can be happy and successful in the role in addition to the looking for a good fit for the team and the company. He was genuine and transparent. Very refreshing. I am looking forward se during the job and see if it is a company wide and the general calture.
