Ich hatte mehrere Gespräche mit verschiedene Abteilungen und Ebenen. Standard Interviews sowie eine Case Study welche ich im voraus vorbereiten sollte und dann vorstellen. Sehr transparenter Prozess, und alles online. Faire Fragen und gute Formate m.E.

Übliche Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf, und zur Fallstudie.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews including the recruiter, the hiring manager, and a colleague before reaching the final round with the VP. The VP was asking me questions that was not listed anywhere on the JD. Moreover, neither the recruiter nor the hiring manager communicated to me that I needed to have technical skills for this role that the VP expected. There is a serious lack of communication between management and it is clear that the VP and the hiring team are not aligned on the JD for this role as they were asking me completely different questions in the interviews. I really think that the interview panel should sync up for the skill set for this candidate before interviewing. Also I was rejected for not having any technical skills which was not listed in the JD or mentioned in any of the prior rounds before meeting with the VP.
