Extremely lengthy, unnecessary repeated interviews with the hiring manager. The hiring manager had worked there for 3 months, and his boss who interviewed me has only been there for like 1 month. So be cautious, even the people interviewing you don't even know if they like working in Datadog IT yet, who knows if either of them will even stay. The recruiter did a horrible job following up with me, in fact she completely forgot to email me, telling me I didn't get it, so I emailed asking for an update, about 90 Seconds later I get an email back with the classic copy and paste "sorry we decided to not go forward with your application blah blah no acknowledgement of forgetting about me. I even confronted the recruiter about this I'm a respectful way and she is literally insisting that I did not remind her and she just happened to be writing the email to me at 5:12 pm lol!!! OK its not a big deal but lying to me to try and save face? Go waste someone else's time.
