Called for a call screening and then I was asked to do a technical assessment. The next step would have been a teams call in front of the boss, but I did not get there.
Series of three interviews with take home project. The interviewers were relaxed and engaging. They answered my questions directly and did a great job outlining the work environment and expectations.

I would advise against interviewing here unless you already have a strong connection in the Sales team. It seems the company may have a preferred internal candidate, and they’re simply conducting interviews to fulfill formalities, sidestep potential discrimination concerns, or perform market research on available talent. I personally spent hours and hours of interviews—including a technical assignment, quiz, presentation, and four colleague interviews—plus three or four additional meetings with the recruiter. When I finally met the hiring manager, it was clear my resume had been dismissed from the start. I've seen the same job postings for roles constantly be taken off and then reposted weeks later. No feedback is given, other than "we are moving in a different direction". Why waste a candidate's time?
