Overall, I thought that my experience interviewing with Datadog was overwhelmingly positive. The interview process consisted of 3 main rounds: 1) recruiter call, 2) hiring manager call, and 3) virtual onsite. I felt like the interview process was fair and thorough and I had multiple opportunities to highlight both my strengths and weaknesses. Everyone I met was extremely kind and passionate about the company and products so it was great connecting with the team and learning more. I really appreciated the time that my primary recruiter put in terms of helping make me feel prepared as well as my hiring manager in terms of helping me evaluate my own career path. It was definitely one of the best experiences I've had and I would highly recommend interviewing with Datadog to others!
