The first interview was a phone screen to learn more about my background and my interest in Datadog. Next was a 1 hour session with a Director of Engineering. Then there was a "virutual on-site" where I met with different recruiting team leads each for one hour. After the on-site I was asked to complete a take home project focused around sourcing. Then I was matched with my team and received an offer. Overall the process was great everyone I met was very approachable and genuine and gave me a good feel for the recruiting org and what it would be like to work at Datadog. I also really appreciated receiving feedback after each interview session (both good and bad) which helped me understand things I needed to improve throughout the process and it felt way more transparent than the other companies I was interviewing with.

Interview process was very long and in-depth. Required a presentation that took days to complete. Did an in-person meeting but the hiring manager didn't show so it was Zoom in office.

El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Datadog (Swords) en mar 2022

The best candidate experience I have ever had. Well prepared interviewers, thoroughly thought out interview structure, and overall just a very nice experience. 2 weeks from initial interview to offer and contract
Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 6 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Datadog

The initial approach was by email, then we proceeded to the zoom call. The decision was never communicated to the candidate. 6 months have gone by and not an email stating at least that they went for another candidate. No closure within the pipeline.
