Had one round with recruiter which went well but total interview process had 5 rounds. During second round I received an OA which was pretty complex sql questions and after getting 4/5 questions right I was rejected.

Poor interview process. Were unclear about stages and mixed up the sequence of stages. I cleared the advanced stages first but didn’t clear the HM stage. A bit of a let down to both parties as it wasted our precious time due to misaligned expectations.
The hiring process consists of several stages: a recruiter interview, technical interviews, a hiring manager interview, a case study interview, and a technical assessment assignment to evaluate candidate skills and suitability in python and spark.
