Initial call, hiring manager screening, technical assignment, 2 technical interviews and upper management final screening
The process was very efficient and all this took less than three weeks. The hiring team is very competent and the entire Databricks team comes off very professional!
Multiple rounds of interview , take home assessment was not very tough . But panel presentation round was tough , it seems they want candidate who can wow them even though all rounds went fine .
I go the first phone call which went pretty well. Then I passed a first panel round on simple architecture. Did first round technical round, but never heard back again.

HR Round and 3 more rounds, During HR round they just asked tell me about yourself and then asked me rate the skills in range 1-10. It went pretty well but rejected saying no mlops skills but I did speak about it in interview
