I did a phone interview and was asked to do a programming challenge. I completed the challenge and did not receive an offer. I reviewed my work over Skype with several team members (I was in Mexico at the time). That was all normal and fine. The big disappointment was that I was told that the AWS account set-up costs would be reimbursed and and that I would be compensated for my time. They never were.
