The H.R. person contacted me about possible leadership role based on finding me via LInkedIn.
I multiple phone interviews with increasingly senior people .. H.R. was responsive during the process and the mid-level senior team seemed pretty good. The technical folks seemed just ok and got the sense there was significant turnover at that level.
I interviewed with hiring manager was unimpressed and I stopped the process after meeting with him.
Got the sense he was the problem with turnover I noticed at lower levels.
