Very long process took around two months from start to finish. Three rounds (initial phone interview with talent acquisition, phone interview with the hiring manager, and then all day in person interview with the legal department). Interviews were typical. Lots of practical questions and personality test questions from interviewers. Everyone is very nice and polite. Seem like great lawyers as well. I received an offer but ultimately declined due to salary as other offers have been better. Was initially told $125k was what the job paid but was offered $10k less. They did not negotiate.
