One of the worst Interview Process a company could have. HR are extremely lazy and useless.
I give test for the position of Java Developer, after a week got a call from the HR that they will schedule the interview within 2 days..waited for the confirmation email, reminded every day for the same. First they said I need to come for face-face then they said they will do the telephonic. Again kept the me on hold for few more weeks. Another HR called for the same interview and do the same thing as mentioned above. Finally after a month they scheduled the interview F-F, after me calling a 100 times. I got interviewed for the role of Java Developer but the interviewer were very incompetent in Java. Asked 4 to 5 questions and started asking on other technologies which I do not have experience on.
After the interview they kept me waiting for 6 to 7 hours and told me that i don't match the requirement though my Java knowledge is good so the will schedule another interview for another project within a week. Which I know they would not so I din't even try to reach them. The company do not respect other's time. I suppose who seriously want a job change, do not apply in this company because they will just waste your time.

The interview was medium level.
Process took 2-3 weeks.
I did silly mistake and did get offer.

HR will directly call you schedule the interview after seeing your profile on Naukari. First round would be technical round on Zoom. The interviewer is very unprofessional. In the first five minutes, he switches to Hindi and starts talking casually. He asked to write cod e on notepad++ and he tried to mock me at every line in the code I write and also with name of place from where I belong. I annoyed and told to quit such pathetic interview. The main surprise is that as I told to stop he suddenly switches to professional english and logged out. Dassault Systemes should really emphasis on the professionalism of its employees.
