You speak with the recruiter. They then set you up for a second phone interview and if they like you after that they will move you to the face to face interview.

I had one test in person, then a phone interview, then an in person interview with a panel of VPs. We had a personality/IQ test, as well several skills test. Phone interview was easy, straight to the point, in person interview with testing was 3 hours long. received a dept tour and packet from hr for urine test.
