Recruiters repeatedly reach out to candidates and schedule interviews, but the process often ends in complete silence. There are cases where interviews are scheduled and nobody joins the call, or where candidates are contacted enthusiastically and then never hear back despite multiple follow-ups. This is not about rejection—it's about basic professionalism and respect for people's time. Unfortunately, the candidate experience feels disorganized, unreliable, and marked by frequent ghosting.
