The process was seamless from start to finish. I applied for the admin position and received an email from the company shortly after for a phone interview. The phone interview was very easy going. A day or two later I was called for a face to face interview. If all goes well, the next step is job shadowing for about an hour. Darr Schackow makes sure that both parties, the company and prospective employee, are comfortable with the job applied for and that both are a perfect fit for each other. The people at Darr Schackow are very friendly and are genuinely concerned for their own. The culture there is what I look for in a company.
