1) Introduction by 3rd party recruiter 2) Initial screening telephone interview, basic work experience and questions about company / role. 3) Interview with two guys who have team leader positions, they were 10 minutes late but didn't seem apologetic. Interview was short, about 50 minutes, they asked me basic questions about my experience and cyber security and I asked them basic questions back. They didn't seem too interested in my personality or having a flowing conversation, they just seemed a bit cocky to be honest. It appeared that I would be considered more of a number to them based on their attitudes, and the fact that their team was huge. I had already decided not to accept an offer about 15 minutes in to the interview, I wasn't impressed with them at all. At the end of the face-to-face I asked for £45k at minimum (they didn't pay commission), they were surprised at this and told me straight up that this was very high. I thought I was lowballing considering the fact that extensive travel would be required (they told me about 60%). Feedback from the recruiter was that my salary requirements were too high and I was rejected based on this. I would recommend grads and those looking for a career change apply here, people with more applicable pre-sales experience can almost certainly make more elsewhere.

The interview had two stages: a call with broad technical questions about network protocols and their product and the position, and an on site interview with more focus on technical questions although similar to the one of the call.
