talked with the three different managers. One described my role decided if i should continue on to the next step. The second asked more in depth questions about myself and what i would bring to the company. The third was final paper work.

Short and easy. Felt very welcoming. Asked just a brief summary of my experience. I have a fun fact on how many breadsticks we go through in a year, and it made him laugh because he didn’t even know that. I was hired on the spot.
The interview process was very professional, but also welcoming and laid back. The person who interviewed me was very welcoming, kind, personable, and straightforward. It was my first job interview in a restaurant like this, but they made the experience relaxing and easy.
