I interviewed with the Recruiter over Skype, we originally connected via LinkedIn. He was very simple after seeing my resume he said he didn't have any questions about my ability to do the job asked me about what my Salary requirements were then set up a time for me to meet with the Director of Ops for the region. Met the DO and was hired within 10 minutes we didn't talk at all about the job really our families and personal stuff one of the most light hearted easy interviews I've ever been on. I was offered the position and accepted after a drug screen and background check they asked me how much I wanted per year and they accepted what I asked for.

The interview went great. The director of operations did a great job of explaining expectations and the skill set. They were looking for for the current position and explained that there is room for growth within the company. Looking forward to hearing back.

It was great! It was very informative, and I really enjoyed it. As a manager in the past, I will take the skills they used for my future interviews. I am glad I went, but did decline the position.

Three interview process. First was a phone interview with a regional manager tat was a typical half hour question and answer type conversation. Second was a face to face interview at the restaurant with the same regional manager. The third was face to face with the GM of the restaurant. The final two interviews lasted an hour each and an offer was made later that day. I was able to negotiate the offer up 10%.
