Very informal. They made me feel comfortable and conveyed that they were eager to hire. One woman was running most of the camps and she met up with me to talk about the Aid position dealing with summer art camp supervision. She talked in detail about what goes on at the camps and the skills/qualities an employee would need to have to be successful.
