Two behavioral interviews with HR person. HR guy scheduled the interviews super last minute(email received at 9pm for morning interview the next day). I was told I would hear back in a week. HR guy asks my availability to call, then never responds back to me. I followed up multiple times and just got ghosted. Pretty disrespectful and unpleasant.

Quick and easy. Upfront questions. Very to the point, extremely nice people who want to win at the end of the day. Need to be high functioning to do well.
