the hiring process was not a good experience, they keep you waiting for a long time and they just ask small questions nothing practical.the ask you to be interviewed more then one time for a trainee position

I applied through carreer services at university. First phone interview was 30 min and just to confirm that I am capable performing basic tasks. Then I was asked to come to office and meet with Team lead, who interviewed me for 15 min tops. I got offer in a week.
