Via computer with a panel of about 3 to 4 higher ups. All of them go through questions like a regular interview. The question we're fairly easy. I just asked you about education, how well you work with other ethnicities, employment, and skills.

Interesting in seamless interview process this company had you cover. STAR method used. Provided refreshments prior to start of interview. Interviewers smiles and engage during the entire interview process. Walk through of the company floor and discuss different roles and responsibilities to show how everyone can benefit from coordinating with each other during the days work.
Long process but easy going. Too a few months to complete the entire process with about three interviews.
Basic interview questions and not so difficult. Remain confident and eye contact.
