Applied online, received a call for an interview. Panel interview with 4 people--all managers. Was chosen to move forward. They administered an excel spreadsheet test via e-mail (which took 3-4 hours) to confirm you knew how to manipulate large amounts of data (pivot tables, etc). They called back 2-3 days later and made an offer.
