Their interview process is very unprofessional. As soon as the interview starts, there is no introduction or discussion about skills. They immediately ask if you have a dataset, and if not, they tell you to write one down as they dictate. Then, in the middle of the interview, another employee randomly interrupts, saying you still need to learn more, and ends the interview with "Thank you, best of luck for your future." I was shocked by this approach, and it made me feel very demoralized. Due to the company's unprofessionalism, candidates have to endure such experiences.
