There was a four round interview with cross functional team members, including the hiring manager and directors from other departments, over the course of a few days. Interviews varied on formality across people, but targeted similar areas of ideas on improvement and growth of the team.

4 stage process, recruitment screening call, 2 main interviews and final interview with site leader. Well communicated schedule, accommodating and friendly process. No trick questions but forces you to be really prepared for this role.
