I am skilled at interviewing; I see it for what it is -but when it comes to culture, you either fit in or you do not fit in. The culture at DSI is unique. This may be due to the smaller size of the company, and I can see the challenges in maintaining such a healthy, strong and true culture; whilst acquiring strong talent.
