During hiring and interview process in our country they perform very professionally currently not like before but there are some manager basis of hiring and process are base on the experienced of the employee in spite of college degree,i mean some 2 year course can be position to a technical engineer because some superior favoritism to some skilled workers.just some but not mostly,it happen in mechanical dept but not in civil,in civil dept.,you must be a graduates of engineering not likes in mechanical just experienced and some connection to so immediate superiors,
