      I applied for this job in November and didn't hear anything back from them until January. They are so incredibly slow with everything even If I was offered a position I am not sure I would take it. I got a phone interview early January. the recruiter / HR person told me they would make the decision within a week and give me a call to schedule an in person interview. The recruiter forgot to mention that I would have to travel to one of the three main states for two weeks for training until the call was almost over.

      The interview was an easy process, they help you prepare, just be specific and make sure your documents are formatted professionally. Now the second interview was pretty average. The only thing you know the interviewer ask you if you're willing to be a team player in other words are you willing to do things outside of your job duties to benefit the team from time to time and how likely are you willing to do this and they heavily rely on your attendance so if you plan on being absent or you don't have a person of vehicle or you want your schedule to be fixed maybe don't count on it because you have to adapt to the patient's schedule and location they are the priority not you as the employee .

      Entrevista

      I applied at DaVita in early December and heard back at the end of the month. The recruiter however did not get back to me when I gave her days and times that I was available. After following up I did a phone interview in early January. Much of the conversation was about my salary and expectations. Then a week later I had an interview face to face. The managers were late to my interview. It did feel a bit rushed since it was the end of a business day but overall the interview went well. They were very receptive and honest when it came to my questions. The process was not as smooth as it could have been.
