I applied to the position, took the assessment, received a phone call from the recruiter chatted then asked to schedule a time for a phone interview, on the same day I had a phone interview. 2 days later , I had an interview on video w/ 3 people ( RN, an FA, and a regional manager). Went quickly, now waiting for an offer. No offer yet.

Scenario based questions, they would ask a lot of tell me a time when you did something in particular. It was a panel, my interview was via zoom at the time. Each person of the panel would ask about 3 questions each. It was a lot of questions.

Two individuals and me in a single room question format . Laid back with facility administrator . Able to shadow and see clinic. Able to meet staff. Facility administrator a very helpful and sweet
Interviewed virtually with recruiter. Thought it went well and she told me she would call by end of day 2 days later. Well, 6 weeks later, still no call. Oh well
