Three rounds of interviews. They ask behavioral questions to determine the right fit for their company. They want someone who is going to be with them long term. If you are serious about a career, then this is the company you want to work for.

Tell me about a time you had conflict with a coworker and what would you have done differently.
Was an interview with multiple supervisors. Lasted about 30 minutes and was more scenario questions. They asked about expected pay and asked if I understood how the training would be.

Entrevista
The process was very informative and explained in regards to what you would be doing. Was approx 30 mins long. Very straight forward with all the information and detailed very well.
