One time interview, supposed to be panel but other person was on the phone. Super awkward interview and interviewers. Lots of in this scenario questions. They make you shadow on the floor to see if it is a job you would like, they are so short staffed everyone wants you to work there.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
