Ridiculously long and was ghosted after going through multiple steps including an onsite job shadow. I've never seen such a long, drawn out and ultimately unprofessional process anywhere ever. Complete disrespect and disregard for candidates time and lives. Weeks in between every single step. After the job shadow, I followed up twice with the recruiter and others and have no heard a word. This job is also grossly underpaid for the amount of work they expect. However, I was willing to do it due to location and the fact that I know I would be successful at it and could earn additional income via bonuses.
