Very friendly stuff and no pressure. Entire process from application to hearing back from them is really fast, you apply through website or referral and if you match the criteria they will invite you to schedule a meeting. They make the decision within 24h timeframe
The whole process was remote. I received an automated response for my resume and both interviews were video calls. The first interview I was asked about my teaching experience by a teacher currently working for DaDa. I had a follow up where I did a mock lesson. I was given a scenario and asked to pretend the teacher on the other side of the video call was a student.

simple enough process. Don't know if they're taking on new teachers anymore. Had to give a class demonstration but that wasn't too difficult. Simple and ask expected. If I remember rightly, it wasn't longer than 30 minutes.
