I found DaBella through craigslist and called the number they provided. I had a nice long conversation with a manager who eventually asked me into the office for an interview. Had a primary and secondary interview with two different Managers. Also got to meet with the owner and introduce myself.

2 step process. You interview with two different managers for the sales position. The interview itself can last anywhere from 30-90 minutes per manager. There can be some role playing in the interviews.
