Currently at DYODE, we have several positions open within our UI/UX Team ranging from Junior to Mid to Senior UI/UX Designers and ultimately to Creative Director. Our goal is to find top talent and realize that comes with paying people what they are worth! As you can imagine, it's hard to truly gauge what a candidate should be compensated without thoroughly going through the interview process which is why we shy away from discussing salary at the initial stage of the interview process but rather focus on understanding the talent the candidate brings to the table. Our candidates goes through a process of interviewing not only with the recruiter but our Directors and then Founders.
