      I was contacted by a recruiter the day after submitting an application and was requested to go through a recorded pre-screen. Their process questions that were not grammatically correct and the software left the camera on throughout the session despite stating that it would not be recording the entire time. The next business day I was emailed by the recruiter to schedule an interview via Teams. The invite had two people included. At the time of the appointment, one of the interviewers was late. While waiting for that interviewer to arrive, the first interviewer began asking me questions about my resume; when I started to answer, he told me to stop and wait for the other interviewer to arrive, and that he only asked because he wanted to reduce awkwardness. When the second interviewer arrived, he explained that he didn't realize this appointment was an interview, and had to leave the call and rejoin from another location. About halfway into the 30 minute call, a third person began joining and leaving, with the camera pointed at his torso; once the camera was moved to show his face, one of the first two interviewers asked him if he had any questions for me. Without introducing himself, he immediately asked me a vague, grammatically incorrect question and acted annoyed when I started explaining multiple possible answers to his question given how vague it was. The remainder of the interview was 15 minutes of rapid-fire questions from the three different interviewers. At the end of the scheduled end of the appointment, I was asked if I had any questions; I was allowed to ask one question and the interviewer quickly wrapped the call once the question was answered. I was sent a generic rejection email the next day.
