Contacted by HR and was invited in for and interview. I interviewed with a peer and the hiring manager. The hiring manager said I was "perfect for the job" but since I was the first one he interviewed he wanted to meet more people. The hiring manager wanted to keep the process moving so I was brought in for a second round. I interviewed with mulitple people at differant levels. After waiting 2 weeks I followed up. I was told that the entire job requirement had changed and they want someone with differant skills. Sad part is I have those skills but presented myself to the orginal requirement
