2 rounds - with hiring manager and his one level down. Casual and friendly first round over Zoom. Second round was more role focused and detailed in face to face setting.
The interview consisted of 3 interviews, all done virtually via teams. Each was approximately 30-45 minutes. It was standard questions about background, history, and skills. Nothing was to hard or probing.

Entrevista
Initial email invitation to a phone screening, then received at 2pm to take an exam the following day, that needed to be completed by 9am the next day. Unfortunately the interviewer forgot to send the attachment until the next day. I completed the exam same day, as i was reviewing the exam i noticed errors and vague instructions, it wasn’t a exam that was like professional website it was a pdf that someone whipped together on their lunch break. I emailed the interviewer with the completed exam and asked to confirm if it was received. No answer ever and for 14 days, did not hear back only to receive an email stating that they were pursuing other candidates. Judging by the 3.5 score and reviewing some of the insights provided by current employees. I breathe fresh air knowing that I did not go I to this organization. Compared to their competitors a 3.5 is pretty low. I always judge an organization by how they handle the interview. Organizations always expect you to have your A game ready when you speak to them. Perhaps they should to, Anytime you find the interviewer making errors on simple tasks and doesn’t even return the favor by sim plying acknowledging that they received your email that speaks volumes, imagine how they handle the clients.
