Most of the questions were the standard brain teasers that you would expect in any trading interview as well as mental math questions, no surprise there either. Some of the questions were difficult, some easy. There are a lot of books on brain teaser type questions available so my advice - just make sure you do your homework before any such job interview.

The process lasted a total of 6 months, with a total of 7 interviews, a mix of technical interviews and tests. I had 2 'final' interviews.
The whole time I was kept in the dark about the status of my application and reasons for delay, despite constantly requesting this information. I asked to have a call, only to be told that the role isn't going to be filled and that they've lost the headcount. Terrible treatment on the back of a terribly managed process.

The phone interview was primarily based on personality and fit questions, with a couple of brainteasers included near the end. There were almost no technical questions included, aside from the online mental math quiz.

HR was very helpful, Interview time was arranged by email. Interviewer did not make you feel at ease but it is completely random who you get. A relatively important issue is that the call you through speakerphone and the sound coming through is somewhat muffled.
