Received an invitation for a superday at their offices in NY. Consisted of three relatively simple interviews, two of which focused mainly on mathematics and one which consisted of fit questions. Since the position was for a trading internship the mathematics mainly consisted of probability and Markov processes, nothing too esoteric. They also led us around the trading floor and we were able to speak with traders in different groups to understand how each one traded and what their markets were like.

(i) How much should one pay to play a game where a fair, six-sided die, which is numbered one through six, is rolled and the player is paid, in dollars, the value that is face up after the roll?
(Ii) How much should one pay to play the same game as above, but now the player has the option to roll the die again, for a total of two rolls? (For the sake of specificity, the player can roll the die once. If she is happy with the roll, she is paid out the face value of the roll. If she is unhappy with it, she rolls again and is paid out the face value of that roll).
(iii) How much should one pay to play the game in (ii) with an additional roll, for a total of three rolls?
(iv) How much should one pay to play the game with an infinite number of additional rolls>
Well organised, more mathematically demanding than some other trading interviews, required some basic finance and current events knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and engaged in good discussion with me about my background and current events.
Very bad, I was invited to a telephone interview but I was only being interviewed by a recent grad (still common enough in the sector) and he sounded as if he didn't care at all what I was saying. Sounded extremely dull and answered any questions I had very briefly.
Having done a number of these interviews and being seuccesful/getting to final stage in most, I was not too surprised at being rejected here, not because of my performance but because I felt this interviewer hadn't listened to a thing I said. I was asked about options knowledge which I definitely had accurately but I was still rejected. This may sound like an angry rant after a bad performance but it was in fact the most bizarre phone interview I've ever had.

I applied online and then the next day I got an online multiple choice question test. It was really tough and focused on probability questions then got into statistics questions.
