The interview process was in 3 stages. The first initial step was to have a telephone call with the hiring manager. This was to make sure we were both the right fit for each other. The second stage was to complete three retouching tasks. The tasks included cutting out thumbnail of product shot, retouching a clothing piece of item to an avatar and then a quality check. The final stage included a face-to-face video call interview with the lead of retouch.
