I have attended three rounds of interviews, and the process has been extremely slow. It took nearly 45 days to complete these rounds. After the second round, they took almost 25 days to inform me that I had cleared it, and they have been unresponsive to my emails and messages. In the third round, the interviewer expected me to set up an entire framework and implement a scenario for an app within an hour, without any prior notice about the prerequisites or what needed to be installed.

The interview process had 4 technical rounds. Except for a couple of interviewers rounds the interviewer seemed from a non technical background. The interviewer was asking very theoretical questions like list top 5 exceptions. Also a bit more interested in talking than listening to my answers . The person kept interrupting me in each line before I could finish my sentence. If you are hiring for a senior SDET role you should have a interviewer with basic technical knowledge with right communication skills.
