Interview process was pretty simple. Received an email back very quickly after sending in my resume, and had an initial phone interview that same day to go over my background and for them to gauge my personality. Very small team, each member performs a lot of different office tasks. After the phone interview I was sent a design test, which I was given 3 days to complete. I sent my finished design in a day early; was asked to come in for an in-person interview and given another design task to complete at my earliest convenience. They emailed me before the in-person interview to let me know they were moving ahead with another candidate.
